Elyse M. Lemery, OD graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Following, she graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2003. During this time, she was involved in fellowship research on binocular vision with the National Institute of Health (NIH).
Dr. Lemery specializes in family practice, therapeutic optometry and contact lenses. She is also licensed as a glaucoma specialist and treats dry eye, as well as is trained in many other areas of therapeutic optometry. Dr. Lemery is a member of the Texas Optometric Association (TOA), American Academy of Optometry (AAO), Northeast Texas Optometric Society (NETOS), and the American Optometric Association (AOA).
Dr. Lemery has been involved in Optometry from a very young age due to her dad’s influence, who was also an Optometrist. Dr. Lemery lives in Allen, Texas and is married with two children. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, movies, spending time with her pets, exercising and volunteering for her kid’s schools.
